GENERAL REWARDS CONDITIONS

1. These General Rewards Conditions apply in conjunction with the Samsung Fun Club Rules to any redemption by a Samsung Fun Club member for a Reward. The goods, services and discounts advertised are subject to availability and may change from time from time. Always check availability with the supplier before making your booking, visit or order. No booking or redemption is accepted until we or the supplier confirm it to you. Vouchers cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounted rate, unless stated otherwise. 2. Voucher Terms. These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions on the back of the voucher. Only vouchers downloaded authenticated with your Samsung Fun Club account number will be accepted. Damaged, defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted. Any vouchers sent to suppliers of Rewards should be sent by recorded delivery. Neither we nor Reward suppliers are responsible for Vouchers lost. Once any vouchers have been used for a Reward, they will not be returned if you cancel. Only one voucher to be used per booking group, all additional customers will pay the full price. It is essential that customers call the venue in advance of their visit, stating that they hold a Samsung Fun Club/TLC Rewards voucher, to check availability and book their visit. On arrival at the venue, the Samsung Fun Club/TLC Rewards voucher must be handed over. Offer may only be used once and the voucher must be redeemed on the same day. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is subject to promotional availability. The voucher claimant may not claim another Samsung Fun Club/TLC Rewards voucher at the same venue. The voucher has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
3. Participating venues reserve the right to vary their conditions of acceptance of this voucher and their normal entry conditions or restrictions (concerning minimum age, times, dates and other matters) - please check with a venue before arranging to travel.
4. TLC Marketing plc, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility and in no circumstances are responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue.
5. TLC Marketing plc, may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond their control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible.
6. Vouchers valid until 31/07/08 and in the case of travel products, travel must be taken by 31/09/08.
7. Travel Rewards. Samsung Fun Club members are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel insurance for all members of the party and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable passport, visa and health requirements. Transfers are generally not included. Samsung Fun Club members are responsible for any additional taxes, fees or charges (including airport charges, credit card booking fees, passenger service charges, security charges, insurance surcharges and air passenger duty). Consumers are responsible for making their own arrangements to and from the specified place of departure and arrival. All flight bookings must be made by the booking date which is specified in the Terms and Conditions for each voucher available on-line and on the reverse of each voucher. All cross-border travel must originate in South Africa (except where specified otherwise). All flight and hotel once made are non refundable, non transferable and no alterations, amendments or cancellations are permitted or allowed subject to any express rights set out below. Samsung Fun Club members should be flexible on the dates and/or destinations they are willing to accept. All flights and fare types available as Rewards are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability is more restricted on flights during peak periods and greater seat availability is offered on off-peak services and high frequency services. In most instances travel cannot be made during public holidays. The number of seats on flights made available as Rewards is variable and subject to booking class capacity control and forecast demand factors. It is possible that seats available for the offer are fully booked, with higher revenue seats still available for sale in the economy cabin on the same flight. Unless otherwise stated, seats are based on return travel in economy or standard class and no upgrades, one-way tickets or tickets on departure are available. American Airlines. All bookings must include a Saturday night stay. The maximum stay is one month. No open jaw, circle trip, or stopovers are permitted. The maximum stay may not exceed 12 months. Positive photo ID will be required at the time of travel for all domestic flights.
