1 Free Family Fun Days Out Entry

1. This offer is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or over for new bookings only. This offer is not available to employees of Samsung Fun Club, TLC Marketing plc or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
2. The voucher entitles one person to one ‘Free Days Out’ admission to any of the attractions listed. This free admission will be adult or child depending on the venue.
3. Only one voucher may be used per person / per household, per venue and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). The voucher claimant may not claim another free days out entry at the same venue. 
4. This voucher is not redeemable against booked parties or family tickets.
5. All discounts featured apply to full admission prices.
6. All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
7. Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and could be subject to change.
8. Your experience must be taken by 31/07/09.
9. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
10. Offer not valid for evening (starting at 6pm or later) or pre-book events.
11. The offer is subject to promotional availability at participating venues.
12. The “how to use” instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
13. Customers must call the venue in advance of their visit, stating that they are in possession of a “TLC free days out voucher”, to check availability, discuss the usage of the offer (restrictions may apply e.g. minimum height) and book their session. Some attractions are only open at certain periods.
14. On arrival at the venue, the voucher must be handed over. If no voucher is produced, you must pay the full price.
15. The list of participating venues remains subject to change. Please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer.
16. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer.
17. Participating venues reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays)
18. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse admission (entry is subject to availability) and to vary prices, times and offer availability. Some participating venues have restricted times on the availability of the offer, please check with the venue before arrival.
19. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
20. The voucher may only be used once. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
21. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
22. Neither TLC, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of this voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
23. TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
24. TLC is not responsible for any offer misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC.
25. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so, on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
26. TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
27. Samsung Fun Club shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
