Free Beauty Treatment

Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or over for new bookings only. This offer is not available to employees of Samsung Fun Club, TLC Marketing or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
2. This voucher entitles the bearer to one free beauty treatment for one person at any of the participating venues.
3. Any additional costs must be paid upon departure. You can purchase additional treatments in advance when confirming your booking.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, participating venues may be subject to change. 
5. Only one voucher may be used per person / per household, per venue and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder).  The voucher claimant may not claim another free beauty treatment at the same venue.
6. All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
7. Offer excludes Public Holidays.
8. This voucher is valid until 31/07/09.
9. The offer is based on advance bookings only and is subject to promotional availability at participating free pampering venues. 
10. The “how to use” instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
11. On arrival at the venue, the voucher must be handed over. If no voucher is produced, you must pay the full price for your free spa day.
12. If you fail to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the appointment, or do not show at the venue, a cancellation charge may be incurred.
13. The list of participating venues remains subject to change. Please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer.
14. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the free beauty treatment offer.
15. Participating venues reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays).
16. Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and could be subject to change.
17. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
18. The voucher may only be used once. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
19. The free beauty treatment voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
20. TLC will use reasonable endeavors to allocate a venue offering your preferred treatment in your preferred area but this cannot be guaranteed.  If the treatment or area requested is unavailable the booking team will allocate another spa or treatment. Such an offer will fulfill our promotional obligations to you.
21. A journey time of up to 45 minutes in some areas of South Africa may be needed to the nearest venue. In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited (please allow a maximum of 6 weeks). TLC will use reasonable endeavors to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 45 minutes. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to you.
22. In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 4 months from date of calling to make a promotional booking.
23. Neither TLC, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of this voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.  Your statutory rights are unaffected.
24. TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
25. TLC is not responsible for any offer misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone.
26. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so, on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
27. TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
28. Samsung Fun Club shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
